Class Schedules:
We look forward to increasing class availability as we continue to grow our training programs to more and more military installations across the country.
All introductory classes are available to military personnel: Active Duty, Reserve or Retired. Although the program is uniquely designed for warriors, adult-aged military family and friends may also attend. These courses are restricted to adults only.

Web Classes
We are pleased to announce the launch of Warrior Mind Training web classes. These courses provide our training live over the Internet to military men and women who cannot attend our local classes.
Each four-week series is designed to teach you the basics of WMT. After this course is complete, weekly Maintenance classes are also available to provide you with a way to ask questions and further practice and study the WMT techniques.

Level 1: WMT Basics Course
Course Description:
This 4-week, live, internet-based series covers the basic techniques and concepts of Warrior Mind Training.
Classes are held 1x a week for 4-weeks and run 1-1.5 hours in length.

Class requires both phone and internet access.
Level 2: Maintenance Classes
Course Description:
This series builds upon the techniques learned in Level 1: WMT Basics Course.
This course is designed to allows student practicing WMT techniques to continue to
develop and progress in their advancement of the techniques.
